Convicted Rapists Gets Pass From Prison Because He is Too Short
Ok, I’m not understanding this one.
District Judge Kristine Cecava commuted the sentence of a man convicted of sexually assaulting a child from prison to 10 years probation because she believed that the man convicted of rape, who is only 5’1, probably wouldn’t survive a stint in prison.
See this is the type of thing that if my father had come across this story, the first thing that would come out of his mouth would’ve been, “if this guy was a black man the judge wouldn’t even have thought twice about sending him to prison.”
Admittedly, this is a hell of a break this Judge is giving this guy.
He better not be white.
Fact: Prison is dangerous. Particularly for people who pray on children.
I always figured that was the point.
You can’t tell me that trained professionals can’t stop men from assaulting and raping each other that spend 80% of their lives literally locked in cages.
That kind of stuff goes on because people allow it to go on.
So prison is dangerous. I always thought that was part of its charm.
If you removed danger from prison it would be a bed and breakfast.
Well actually a bed and breakfast, bed and lunch and bed and dinner.
It would be summer camp, except you would do 5 to 10 instead of 3 months and instead of learning how to make friendship bracelets you would make license plates and learn the lost art of shoe repair.
So Instead of sending this guy to prison she elected to put him on a tether, forbid him to ever be alone with someone under age 18 or date or live with a woman whose children were under 18.
The judge also ordered the midget to get rid of his pornography.
Whoa. Get rid of the porn. I thought she was trying to rehabilitate this guy?
I think she was on to something before she started talking about getting rid of the guys porn. Now she is putting us all in danger.
So let me get this straight, since when does the justice system concern itself with whether or not the people that they send there will survive the experience.
"I want control of you until I know you have integrated change into your life," the judge told Richard W. Thompson, 50,. "I truly hope that my bet on you being OK out in society is not misplaced."
Misplaced. Maybe? Disserving? Definitely not.
How lucky does this guy have to be to draw the straw that got this judge?
They killed a priest that they sent to prison a few years ago didn’t they?
A priest. If a priest can’t catch a break then I don’t think a midget has a chance.
But like I said, I thought that was the point.

Police discover the most Prolific Molester In U.S. History Calling him the most prolific in U.S. history instead of the most prolific child molester in human history says more than I want to know about the kind of numbers you would have to put up to be in the pedophile hall of fame, not to mention the pedophile top 10.
